Service Description
If the improv at the end of class is your favorite (or least favorite) part, this is the workshop for you. We will use different prompts to explore movement quality, story-telling and meaning making on the aerial apparatus of your choice. We'll do some work on the ground and some in the air. This workshop is suitable for folks who are able to move easily for a minimum of 1.5 minutes on the apparatus of their choice. Please bring a notebook and a short piece of writing (yours or someone else's) that you'd like to work with during the workshop.
