Service Description

Beats, beats, BEATS on vertical apparatus Let's swing our bodies around! This workshop will cover beats for the brand-new, as well as serve as a space to work out the kinks of beats if you are already practicing them. This is an all-levels workshop and you can come and work on pre-beats-work even if you do not think you are strong enough to swing yet. If you want to swing on the apparatus safely, you will need to be able to hang by hands for at least 15 seconds.
