Service Description

Dynamic movement pathways on vertical apparatus In this workshop, we will utilize beats, levers, drops, and other forms of dynamic movement to form pathways on vertical apparatus that continually flow and keep the energy alive. This will be covering "basic" skills of dynamic movement that are applicable across a range of apparatus and more about getting sequences to flow than learning particular dynamic skills.
