What it is: Acro is a communication practice first, a sport second. It involves three roles: a "base" who supports the other person, a "flyer" who is lifted and moves in poses, and a "spotter" who ensures safety. In this workshop you will learn the introductory moves to help you get connected and get upsidedown!
