Movement Quality w/Carey

Service Description

This workshop allows each student to develop and explore their own movement quality and style following a series of curated prompts and exercises. This is a highly individualized workshop drawing from a large variety of movement theories, dance, and improvisation. Perfect for anyone who is interested in utilizing movement choices to convey something and deepen connection with audience and self while doing aerial. We will use our aerial apparatus as a tool for expression more so than a tool for executing tricks, which can be taken away as is, or used to strengthen tricks and skills. All skill-levels and apparatus’ welcome.
