LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

Notice to participants, parents, guardians: This is a liability waiver and release of claims. It limits your rights to file claims and suits against AirDance New Mexico, Inc., and their associates. Read carefully. Signing this agreement means you accept its terms. AirDance New Mexico and associates have a perfect safety record, having had no claims filed against them in their combined 25 years of teaching dance, aerial arts, acrobatic movement, and related activities.

In consideration of your or your minor child’s participation in any activity run by AirDance New Mexico you, the participant, parent, or guardian, assume all risks of personal injury and property loss or damage resulting from any cause, including, but not limited to, risks inherent in physical activity involving dance, aerial arts, acrobatics, and use of related apparatus.

Upon signing below, you agree (1)AirDance New Mexico, Inc., its agents and affiliates, shall not be liable for claims against them for personal injury or property loss or damage suffered by participants, and you release above parties from and waive rights to such claims; (2)Any claim against released parties must be made in writing to such parties within three months of the date of the activity; (3)Any suit or action against released parties must be filed in the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico within six months from the date of the activity. AirDance New Mexico guarantee this facility will be maintained for at least six months following its activities in 2023.
